We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As a Camp Lead at our **Cobham** setting you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

- You will work collaboratively across the leadership team and other camps.
- You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
