We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As **Deputy Nursery Manager** at our **Cobham**setting you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

Working closely with a supportive Nursery Manager and Camp Leads your role is designed to focus on the delivery of our owlstanding education.

- You will quality assess your nursery camps, giving feedback and coaching.
- You will lead the nursery daily operations.
- You will work with our Lead Educators to deliver our curriculum.
- You will support our Educators and your Camp Leads to create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
- You will ensure we respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
- You will be able to guide the successful observation and documentation of children’s progress, guiding Educators to tailor their approach to individual needs.
- You will work collaboratively across the leadership team.
- You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
