## About the role

Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Healthcare Support Workers for its inpatient wards. This is a developmental role open to applicants with or without previous care experience. New starters receive training, support from clinical educators and a structured route from Band 2 to Band 3.

Duties can include helping patients with personal care, mobility and nutrition, collecting samples, supporting clinical procedures, recording vital signs and responding to patient needs.

- GCSE-level education or equivalent work experience.
