## About the role

Surrey County Council is recruiting a Senior Data Analyst to join its Land and Property Business Systems Team.

The analyst will help manage, analyse and improve property data and the systems that support it. The work covers address and property master data, geospatial information, CAD drawings, leases, valuations, facilities assets and work orders.

The role also includes producing useful reports and insights, improving data quality and processes, and helping colleagues make evidence-based decisions.

## What the Council is looking for

- Experience of information management, preferably involving property, estates, facilities or asset management.
- Strong data analysis skills, including identifying trends and producing meaningful reports.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with relational databases or property management systems.
- Experience of developing reports or dashboards for stakeholders.
- Experience of spatial data and AutoCAD.
- Project delivery experience or a recognised project management qualification.
