Are you a culinary wizard who loves the challenge of “Ready, Steady, Cook”? Do you believe that a great meal can be the highlight of someone’s day?
CAMEO Day Centres is looking for a creative, organised, and big-hearted Cook to lead our kitchen. This isn’t just about feeding people; it’s about bringing joy, nutrition, and a sense of home to our members living with dementia.
Details: Hourly rate: £14.88, Monday-Wednesday, 9:30am -1:30pm.
The Role: Creative, Impactful, and Rewarding
As our lead Cook, you’ll be the heart of our centre. You won’t just follow a static menu, you’ll use your expertise to turn fresh deliveries and available ingredients into delicious, balanced two-course lunches for 20 to 30 people.
Working alongside a friendly team of volunteers, you’ll turn the kitchen into a hub of activity and care.
