Memberships
Boost is our advertising membership service for businesses and charities.
To become a member of Boost you need to sign up, pay any fees, and agree to our Terms of Use include Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Member’s Code.
Member’s provide their own unique content, copyright, and intellectual property rights to Go Surrey when listing any and all content on this website.
Profile and Listings
There are 4 listing types on Go Surrey, they are:
- Directory Profile, also known as a Directory Listing, this is the centrepiece of the Boost Membership where the 3 other listing types will be displayed. Each member has 1 Directory Profile.
- Event Listings, are displayed on the member’s own Directory Profile and on the Events page.
- Job Listings, are displayed on the member’s own Directory Profile and on the Jobs page.
- Press Releases, are displayed on the member’s own Directory Profile.
Registrations
To be a member of Boost you are required to register your details to access member features, including to obtain further information or create and update listings. You undertake to complete the registration form fully, and that all information provided is up to date, true, accurate and complete, and will update any information regularly to ensure accuracy. Our Privacy Policy includes details of how we use your personal and/or organisational information.
Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your username and password with any other person.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. You must notify Go Surrey promptly on becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your user identification code and password and any breach of security. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
Payments
All payments must be made in full and accounts must be kept in good standing at all time with up-to-date billing details.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations
You can cancel at any time.
Additions, Amendments, and Deletions
Go Surrey, at our own discretion, retains the absolute right to add, amend, and delete any and all content without notification and for any reason at any time. This includes any content provide to Go Surrey for free or as part of any membership or service.
Refusal
Go Surrey, at our own discretion, retains the absolute right to refuse access, membership or any service to any individual, group, or organisation without notification and for any reason at any time. This includes any content, listing, or membership that could offend, harm, or mislead our audience or the general public, or where the content, listing, or membership does not fit the Go Surrey platform, audience, or ethos.
Retention
Go Surrey retains the indefinite right to retain any information published on our website or other platforms. This includes retaining listings and profile information after a membership has been cancelled, and retaining the right to amend and delete listings and profile information at any future point.

All the contents of our Website(s) and the contents of any downloadable or viewable documents or other information provided to our users or clients are our Intellectual Property unless stated otherwise.
