The Member’s Code helps keep Go Surrey useful, trustworthy and appropriate for its audience. It applies to every Go Surrey member and all submitted content.
Members agree to
- support the Go Surrey ethos to Support, Showcase and Celebrate Surrey;
- be at least 18 years old and based in the United Kingdom;
- represent a United Kingdom based business, charity or organisation that operates in, works in or supplies services to Surrey or the surrounding area;
- provide complete, accurate, current and honest account, billing and listing information;
- submit content that is relevant and appropriate for Go Surrey and suitable for a family audience;
- own submitted content or hold every permission, licence and consent required for its use;
- avoid misleading, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, confidential or harmful content;
- clearly disclose relevant advertising, sponsorship and commercial relationships;
- deal courteously with members, users, staff and the public; and
- protect account access and keep all fees and billing details up to date.
Go Surrey will
- aim to review submissions within 15 working days, although reviews may take longer;
- review or verify information where we consider it appropriate, without guaranteeing its accuracy;
- make reasonable editorial and technical changes where needed;
- reject, suspend or remove content that is unsuitable, inaccurate, irrelevant, unlawful or contrary to this Code; and
- suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated misuse.

Payment and submission do not guarantee publication. Listings are provided for general information and are not endorsements by Go Surrey. Members remain responsible for their content and for keeping it accurate.
