This Saturday, Meadowbank Park will host Dorking’s summer family fun day event. Benson’s Funfair will offer a multitude of rides and attractions while local market stalls and street traders from across the Surrey Hills will be offering a selection of locally sourced artisan products. Alongside this, a range of entertainment will be at the event as well as an ice cream vendor.

The 25 acre lavender farm with café and shop is located in Banstead (Woodmansterne), Surrey. Here you can wander through a sea of beautiful organic lavender, get a classic English afternoon tea with scones and enjoy the serenity.
Need to keep the kids occupied? They can become a Bee Buddy at Mayfield and join the Bee Buddy Trail to learn about the secret world of bees through facts, jokes and activities. they’ll collect the letters from each of the 13 signs on the field to unlock the hidden word then be rewarded with a badge for their efforts! Just ask at the shop when you arrive to get started.
Entry is £4 per person but it’s FREE for children 16 years and under. It’s even dog friendly so your furry children can come along for the day too.
