GoggleSquad is a swimming school offering lessons by a former Great Britain swimmer and ASA instructor in a quiet private pool in East Molesey Surrey.
Expert Teaching
All swimming lessons are conducted by former Great Britain swimmer and ASA Level 2 instructor Nicola Ayers, who will take learners the whole way on their journey. Nicola’s experience as a former Great Britain synchronised swimmer is key to her success as an instructor. Having spent her youth competing and training at the highest level, she has a thorough understanding of how the body moves and performs in the water, which when applied to teaching means she gets great results among all ages and abilities. Consistency is key, so Nicola will be the only teacher throughout your child’s swimming journey.
Small Classes
When it comes to learning to swim, small groups work best, so we only have a maximum of three learners per class. Smaller groups are better for young learners, which is why we only offer one-to-one swimming lessons or group sessions for a maximum of three children. Every lesson is tailored and planned to ensure we develop a thorough understanding of the principles and skills required to swim well and safely. This focussed approach gets results faster. Every child is unique, so with smaller classes, lessons can be structured to address the specific needs of individual children.
Private Pool
A peaceful private swimming pool offers a focussed, distraction-free and relaxing environment for learners. We are fortunate to teach in a private indoor swimming pool in East Molesey, Surrey. The pool is 8.5 x 4.5 metres in size and 1.25 metres deep throughout, with no ‘deep end’, while handrails provide extra support for early learners and for practicing specific techniques. It’s a saltwater pool which can be kinder on the skin, and is kept at a constant 31 degrees Celsius.
