Youthbox is a new programme on offer in Surrey.
Combining non-contact boxing and fitness with youth workshops and support for young people. The project aims to improve mental health and reduce crime and violence through physical activity and creating space to share and encourage one another – it is for young people age 9 years and up. Youthbox is delivered locally at play schemes, events, youth centre’s, sports centres, community groups, and schools.
