Mothering Sunday on 30 March will fall at a still uncertain time. As we look forward to the date now, its almost impossible to plan, not knowing if lockdown will have lifted and if we will be able to meet up with our mothers to celebrate the day. The Special Mother’s Day afternoon tea includes Chicken or Vegetable croquettes, the famous Mandira’s Kitchen samosas, spiced cheese scones with mango cream cheese, and Garam masala cake with chai tea filling and mini spiced chocolate samosas – to name just a few of dishes.
