Run Frimley is back! Bigger and Better than ever!

Frimley Health Charity are so excited to announce that Run Frimley is back for 2023, and this year it is even bigger and better than ever.

Returning on Sunday 30^th April, the charity’s biggest fundraising event has a new location – Frimley Lodge Park. In addition to their annual 5K and 10K, they also have a new Family Colour Fun Run, allowing for the whole family to join on the day and raise money for your local hospital.

The charity’s family friendly event is raising money for the charity’s Dementia Appeal – raising money to transform the level of care dementia patients receive during their stay in our hospitals. The appeal aims to raise £850,000 to fund a range of pioneering posts and projects across the Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust hospitals, so that patients living with dementia in the area will receive the best possible clinical and holistic care.

With chip timings and medals for all participants, this event is for all runners – if it is your first time doing 5K or are an experienced runner trying to beat your personal best time.

Our new event village which will have food stands, activities and stalls will be the perfect venue to relax after completing your challenge.

We can’t wait to see over 1000 runners there on the day supporting the charity and raising money for our Dementia Appeal.’
