The Watermill nestled in the Surrey hills, has launched three new menus just in time for the festive season. Celebrating the best in British produce and including a hand-crafted Christmas cocktail list, the new Festive Menu and Christmas Day menu will be sure to spark those festive feels whilst an exclusive New Year’s Eve menu will ensure guests see 2022 out in style.
Priced at £35pp, the three-course Festive Menu is available to pre-book for those wishing to secure a table for a special get-together with family and friends. Showcasing 15 festive-inspired dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options, the menu includes highlights such as the indulgent Goats cheese, Beetroot, Clementine, Pistachio, Hot Honey & Cracker Bread starter to a traditional Free-Range British Turkey with all the trimmings and Gingerbread, Pear & Salted Caramel Trifle to finish.
The popular four-course Christmas Day Menu, available for just the one day, showcases bespoke dishes all prepared and cooked fresh on-site Christmas morning. Priced at £85pp dishes including Berkshire Wood Pigeon with Spiced Pear, MacSween’s Vegan Wellington, Smoked Beef Cheek followed by White Chocolate Trifle offer a new take on Christmas Day classics.
Welcoming the New Year in, The Watermill will be open until 1am, hosting guests for dinner and live music entertainment providing the ultimate party throughout the evening. Priced at £60pp, guests will secure their spot throughout the evening and be treated to a complimentary cocktail on arrival, an exclusive three-course dinner curated by the Head Chef and a glass of fizz at midnight.
From family banquet-style seating to cosy nooks and roaring log fires, guests can experience a truly special setting throughout the festive season including taking advantage of crisp winter evenings on the terrace, fully equipped with heaters and individual guest blankets to enjoy festive cocktails under the stars. The pub’s private dining room seating up to 12 can also be booked in advance for an intimate dining experience.
With limited availability, all three menus are available to pre-book online now, whilst the Festive Menu will also be available for walk-ins.
