This summer, families are invited to embark on an exciting adventure through the enchanting world of bugs with the launch of Discovery Land’s latest seasonal trail. From May 15th to September 22nd, visitors can immerse themselves in Bug Bingo, an interactive game designed to bring them closer to the fascinating creatures that inhabit the great outdoors.

Led by Fern, Timber, and Pebble – Discovery Land’s playful and relatable ‘Nature Explorer’ characters – participants will journey through the beautiful woodlands, meadows and around lakes, encountering larger-than-life crafted bugs along the way. Armed with Bug Bingo sheets, families can compete to spot these majestic creatures and be the first to complete their sheet in record-breaking bug-time.

But Bug Bingo is more than just a game – it’s an opportunity for exploration and education. Along the trail, adventurers will uncover Grandmother Nature’s bug-tastic facts in the well-loved Discovery Land Secrets Books, while also learning bug-bingo lingo and trying their hand at British Sign Language.

Crafted with love by Discovery Land’s in-house creative team, all bugs featured on the trail have been meticulously crafted using responsibly sourced materials, embodying Priory Farm Estate’s commitment to sustainability, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

Discovery Land is open Wednesday – Sundays during Term Time, and daily throughout the school holidays. Pre-booked tickets are £5 per person for off-peak entry (Wednesday-Friday, while Peak entry (Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holidays and School Holidays) is £7 per person, plus a 50p booking fee. On the door entry is £6 for off-peak entry and £8 for peak entry. Children under 2 go free.
