Pebble’s Rocky Eggs

Embark on a playful egg hunt with a twist at Discovery Land, Priory Farm’s Nature Trail and Adventure Play attraction.

Discovery Land is pleased to announce the opening of its Spring Trail, Pebble’s Rocky Eggs, opening Friday 29th March. Nestled amidst stunning daffodils and beautiful bluebells, Discovery Land offers a fun and educational adventure in the great outdoors.

Spring Nature Trail: Pebble’s Rocky Eggs

This Spring, Discovery Land invites visitors to celebrate our natural world with explorers Fern, Timber, and Pebble! Join in the fun and uncover secrets about egg-cellent rocks through our fun and engaging seasonal trail.

Along the way, keep an eye out for Pebble’s rocky eggs hidden within Discovery Land.  Explorers will receive a special trail sheet to guide them through the Secrets Books, where they can fill in details about each egg and learn about different rock types.

An egg hunt with a twist

The Spring trail is a playfully natural twist on egg hunt, enjoyed through ancient woodland, beautiful meadows and around our lakes. Along the trail, enjoy our adventure play features, including a range of treehouses, climbing features, swings and more.

“We’re thrilled to offer families the opportunity to discover the wonders of Discovery Land through our seasonal trails,” said Jemma Penrose, Visitor Experience and Events Manager.  “With a fun storyline, interactive activities, and a chance to immerse yourself in nature and learn about our natural world, our Spring trail is sure to delight children and adults alike.”

Spending time in the great outdoors

“At Discovery Land, we believe in the importance of providing children with opportunities to  connect with nature, using their imagination and engaging in physical, mental and mindful challenges.” explains Jemma. “Our characterful seasonal trails create the perfect opportunity for adults and children alike to explore the outdoors, challenging themselves on the journey of discovery, while also learning, playing and reconnecting with nature in a screen-free environment.”

No visit to Discovery Land on the Priory Farm Estate would be complete without a visit to the Shepherds Hut. The perfect spot to take a break, relax, and enjoy a delicious coffee and sweet treat – with seasonal specials including Mini Egg Hot Chocolates.
